Events Direct decided to get creative and lean into what the world of technology has to offer for the Umbrellar Partner Event. With a simple studio space and our team of expert audio and visual techs, we created a fun immersive experience for guests to enjoy what would normally have been a typical conference event. The unique experience of running 2 silent seminar streams in parallel all in the same room was a really successful way to keep the audience engaged and interested in the content being presented.
